Equality and Human Rights Commission: “Technical Guidance for Schools in Scotland – 2013”

The Equality and Human Rights Commission has released “Technical Guidance for Schools in Scotland – 2013” to provide information and advice under section 13 of the Equality Act 2006 (EA 2006).
