Leaders in Education gather for Scottish Learning Festival 2013

The Scottish Learning Festival 2013 kicks off tomorrow with a keynote address from the Cabinet Secretary for Education and Lifelong Learning, Michael Russell MSP. The theme of this year’s event is ‘Raising the bar in Scotland – transforming lives through learning’.
