Whitlingham Outdoor Education Centre scoops national accolade

Whitlingham Outdoor Education Centre – run by Norfolk County Council (NCC) – has been named Canoe England’s Centre of the Year 2013, in recognition of the centre’s efforts to provide paddle sport activities to people of all levels.
